VisioKosova is the startup I'm building from Kosovo — and BesaFlow is one of its core products. I designed and built it to give businesses a modern, reliable way to run operations without juggling disconnected tools.
The goal was simple: replace spreadsheet chaos and fragmented apps with one system teams can trust every day.
What BesaFlow delivers
BesaFlow brings invoicing, CRM, project tracking, expenses, and professional reporting into one connected workspace. Workflows stay linked — from client records to active projects, billing, and financial visibility.
The platform is multilingual and built around how real businesses operate: fewer manual steps, clearer status across teams, and reporting that supports decisions instead of slowing them down.
How it was built
This is 100% my product: system architecture, backend services, frontend experience, and production deployment. Every decision was made with long-term maintainability and real business workflows in mind.
The stack uses a multi-tenant architecture built for scale — secure data separation, predictable performance, and a codebase structured for continuous iteration as VisioKosova grows.
Why it matters
What drives me is practical impact — less manual work, clearer visibility across projects and clients, and software that holds up under daily use.
